for FLUTE PLAYERS, BUFFALO DRUMMERS, RHYTHM MAKERS, RATTLERS & JINGLERS!
Hózhó is a Navajo word that conveys a range of concepts, including balance, harmony and wellbeing.
Rhythm Harmony HOZHO CIRCLES are relaxed free-form circles playing sounds of Native American music.
We shall find our beat together and play gently guided freestyle, inspired by stories and legends of the Native American peoples.
Bring your Flute, your Buffalo or Tubano Drum, rattles etc and join the circle as a creator, a supporter and a healer, immersing yourself in rhythm and melody.
No drum? No worries! Let me know when you book your place and I shall bring one for you to play.
The vibe is playful and earthy - no pressure, no judgement, no competition, no expectation.
