PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

I do recognise the outlay that folks make to come drumming, and I always aim to give good value. All dates on sale are fully intended but of course our plans don't always work out, and I appreciate your understanding. This policy was created after a lot of thought and with a sense of fairness.

I am currently offering the option of booking a place online then paying 'cash on the day' at some sessions / circles. This is only sustainable if folks honour their booking, and remember to pay :)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT
Bookings and payments are made via Eventbrite, using an online ticket system.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of the drum circle/workshop/event being cancelled due to:
- technical issues
- unexpected unavailability of the venue
- government restrictions
- insufficient ticket sales
- other unforseen circumstances beyond my control
Refunds will be made within ten days of the date of cancellation.
Payments are not transferable and only apply to the person and date booked.
The essence of this policy is that NO REFUNDS or transfers are made unless I am unable to fulfil my obligations to you.

PROMO DISCOUNT CODES are available every now and then, and can usually be found on this website, or on the Rhythm Harmony Facebook Page.

When possible, I also organise extra opportunities for regular drummers without any charge, just for fun and the love of drumming together, such as drumming at fetes & fairs, casual jamming sessions, gatherings and trips.
Some Drum Circles/events operate in the spirit of Dana, essentially meaning that payment is by cash donation. |

Processing payments and refunds incurs payment gateway and merchant fees. In exceptional circumstances, and given enough notice so that no potential bookings have been lost, I may offer that a payment could be transferred to another event, or refunded for the amount paid LESS the fees incurred.
